License Plate Type Codes

And info for All 50 States & D.C.

Not all state databases are created equally.  Some don't use type codes, some require you enter the expiration year, and some state's plate types are defined by the plate number itself. Not only that, your state database may or may not play well with other states.  If all else fails, run by vin. And may the odds be ever in your favor!

We have info for all the states highlighted in white.  Want to add yours?  email it to info@humanize911.com
